Specific User Requirements 20th/26th/28th

Weds 20th: between 11.30 and 2.00: Flower arranging - 10 tables out then away afterwards before Thurs Bowls at 2 p.m. (See KEY DOC key access document in Files, below, for further detail).
Tues 26th: before 10.15: U3A: Singing for pleasure - piano out and chair rack out then away afterwards before 10 a.m. F4L on Weds.
Thurs 28th: Easter Litter Pick (note Bowls are in 2 to 4); needs arranging. Refreshments
Fri 29th: Help if poss with Coffee Morning layout beforehand (8 tables with 6 chairs apiece in the hall, in a herringbone layout) plus 3 near the kitchen, or as directed by Chris. Floors need a final sweep and mopping afterwards plus kitchen surfaces final clean, check kitchen bin is empty and check toilets but ONLY if there is a party booking at the weekend, as Charlene is in on the Monday (or might agree a Saturday clean if needed).
